Active Services

Need visual impact first?

Use the new Active Services page to show customers what the install, the planning review, the back-end gear, and the parking/perimeter coverage can actually look like. That page is built to hit visually before you even start the quote.

Make the customer see the system before the truck rolls.

This build pulls up map/aerial research, lets RedHawk place cameras visually, recommends recorder / switch / NOC placement, and gives active vendor search links for cameras, NVRs, PoE, racks, cable, and more. It does not fake an actual site survey — it helps you move fast and look sharp.

Reality check: this version uses public mapping/search sources and a local visual planning board. Final install pricing still depends on actual wall types, pathway access, lift needs, power/network condition, and customer-approved scope.

Maps & site research

Map preview fix: The embedded preview now uses OpenStreetMap. Google Maps, Bing Maps, Street View, GIS, and parcel links open as external research buttons so browsers/security policy do not block the customer view.

Public Records / Site Intelligence Intake

This makes the placement board easier: enter the address, open public GIS/assessor/permit/map sources, fetch a public document URL through the local runner, or upload a parcel map, floor plan, aerial screenshot, permit PDF, assessor image, or customer photo. Images can be dropped straight onto the placement board as the background.

Public/legal sources only: use public assessor/GIS/permit/map records or customer-provided documents. This does not bypass logins, scrape private systems, or pull restricted records. We are building a faster legal intake workflow, not a raccoon with a subpoena.

Upload aerial screenshots, floor plans, parcel maps, permit PDFs, assessor images, or customer photos. Image files can become the placement board background in one click.
